Try This – Around the World in One Meal at the NYWFF

In case you haven’t heard, New York Wine & Food Festival tickets for fall 2012 officially went on sale this week, so you might want to grab tickets because they tend to go fast.  We’re thrilled to be hosting a one-of-a-kind dinner on Thursday, October 11th, in New York’s tallest skyscraper with stunning views of the city!

Inspired by my book, Try This: Traveling The Globe Without Leaving The Table, guests will have the chance to travel around the world in one meal.  It’s an all-star cast of chefs with the likes of The Little Owl’s Joey Campanaro, ABC Kitchen’s Dan Kluger, North End Grill’s Floyd Cardoz, and Locanda Verde’s Karen DeMasco, cooking four different courses from four different countries.  There will be a global sampling of of hor d’oeurves followed by Indian black pepper-braised lamb with oat pilaf, Thai fried chicken and plenty more.  For tickets, click on NYWFF’s official website here.  Hope to see you there!
