Aldea's Hemingway Heat Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ oz Clement Premiere Canne Rhum
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino
- 2 wedges grapefruit
- 1 slice jalapeño
- 1 lime wheel
Procedure:
1) Muddle grapefruit and jalapeno. Add rhum, lime juice, simple syrup and maraschino and shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with lime wheel.
