Gramercy Tavern's Belleville Cocktail

(Inspired by the Corpse Reviver #2)
Ingredients:
*1 oz. cognac
*1 oz. dry vermouth (we recommend Dolin)
*1 oz. St. Germain
*¾ oz. lemon
Procedure:
Shake & serve up with a dash of pernod and a brandied cherry in a martini glass.
