Morimoto's High Line Cocktail

Ingredients:
*1 oz. shochu
*1 oz. vodka
*5 sliced cucumbers
*2 shiso or mint leaves.
Procedure:
1) Combine shochu and vodka.
2) Add muddled cucumber and shiso.
3) Serve in a highball glass on the rocks with a sugar and chili powder rim.
