The Plaza’s St. Patty’s Shamrock Sour

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Jameson
- ¾ oz. Midori liqueur
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Procedure:
1) Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until combined. Pour into a highball glass and serve.
